If you are running late, please inform us in advanced. After 15 minutes you will be charged a $50 late fee. You have a 20 min grace period beyond that time your appointment must be rescheduled. There will be no refunds after the service is rendered. Cancellation Policy
Deposits are nonrefundable if the client cancels the appointment. Salon 527 automatically charges a 50% cancellation fee for any no-shows, reschedules or cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment.
